Services
Muhammad Academy provides Quran education through home tutoring and online classes, including Nazra, Tajweed, Hifz, and Islamic studies. All services are provided according to the selected learning plan and agreed schedule.
Enrollment & Free Demo
We offer a free demo class to help students and parents understand our teaching approach. Enrollment is confirmed only after the demo class and payment of applicable fees.
Fees & Payments
Fees are charged on a monthly basis unless otherwise agreed.
Payments must be made in advance to continue classes without interruption.
Fees are non-refundable once classes have started, except in exceptional cases at management’s discretion.
Class Scheduling & Attendance
Class schedules are mutually agreed upon between the tutor and the student/parent.
Any rescheduling must be requested in advance.
Missed classes without prior notice may not be rescheduled.
Tutor Assignment
Muhammad Academy reserves the right to assign or change tutors if required to maintain service quality or scheduling consistency.
Code of Conduct
Students and parents are expected to maintain respectful behavior with tutors and staff. Any misuse, inappropriate conduct, or repeated violations may result in termination of services.
Online Classes Responsibility
For online Quran classes, students must ensure:
A stable internet connection
A suitable device (mobile, tablet, or computer)
Muhammad Academy is not responsible for disruptions caused by technical issues on the student’s side.
Intellectual Property
All website content, learning materials, and study resources belong to Muhammad Academy and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Muhammad Academy is not responsible for any indirect or unforeseen losses arising from the use of our services. We strive for quality education but do not guarantee specific outcomes.
Policy Updates
Muhammad Academy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.
